England vs Zimbabwe in 1996 and a recent encounter between India vs West Indies in 2011 yielded the closest ever draws (by runs remaining) recorded in the history of Test cricket.

Both England and India were on the brink of winning their matches, with just one run required to clinch the thriller. However, it wasn’t meant to be, and went down as two of the most memorable matches in recent history.
