Virat Kohli Stats: climbs to the top of the list with most 50s in T20Is
After registering yet another fifty in a T20 international game against Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup 2016, Virat Kohli equalled Brendon McCullum and Chris Gayle in the list of the most 50s scored in T20 internationals, with thirteen T20 international fifties.
But in terms of most number of 50-plus scores, Brendon McCullum still tops the chart with fifteen 50+ scores in T20 internationals. Chris Gayle is just one short of McCullum with fourteen 50+ scores. Virat Kohli has 13 against his name now, and with the kind form he is in, one can expect that he will top that chart soon too. He has also played less number of games than his counterparts and has a better average than both of them.
