Here is a list of players who have taken the most number of catches in the history of One Day International cricket. Wicketkeepers are not taken into consideration for obvious reasons. While all the four players who follow Mahela Jayawerdene, who is at the top by a good distance, have retired, it looks like the former Sri Lankan captain who is still very much a part of the Island nation’s plans will continue to hold the record for a very long time to come.
