Stats: Unusual dismissals encountered in ODI cricket
There are several ways of getting out, but the players in the below list will tell you how painful it is when dismissed in such unusual ways.
Mohinder Amarnath of India was the victim of the first incident of handling the ball in ODIs, where he was adjudged out. Darren Cullinan went through a similar fate in 1999 against West Indies.
Obstructing the field can be rather subjective, and only 5 batsmen in the history of ODIs have been given out for the same. Most notably Rameez Raja of Pakistan, who painfully, was sent to the pavillion on 99.
