Aamir Khan and the Dhoom franchise have dedicated the title track “Dhoom Machale” to Sachin Tendulkar.

“Through his entire career he has created Dhoom in every step, on every pitch, in every cricketing country, in every bowler’s nightmare, in our hearts, in every cricket field across the world, and in the hearts of every cricket fan across the world, so we dedicate our song ‘Dhoom Machale’ to the genius,” Aamir Khan said while talking about the Indian master batsman.

Aamir Khan, who has been a fan of Sachin Tendulkar, said that the Indian maestro has been the pride of the nation and his leaving the game will create a huge void in the hearts of his admirers.

“Sachin is the embodiment of the collective pride of India. He provides us with hope and inspiration, and makes us feel good about ourselves. His retirement will leave an empty feeling in all of us. But today we should celebrate his spectacular innings as a cricketer, as a human being, and as an icon,” – the superstar said in a statement in Mumbai.

Aamir Khan has always been a marketing genius and has found different ways to promote his upcoming films. This time too, his upcoming film Dhoom 3 is awaiting a December release and the dedication to Sachin Tendulkar would only increase the hype around the film.

The song “Dhoom Machale” would be played in Mumbai at the Wankhede Stadium before the start of Tendulkar’s 200th and his final Test.
