Stats: Top 10 right-handed batsmen with highest Test average
Note: For the sake of this piece, we are only considering players who have played 100 or more innings in Test cricket. For those reasons, Sir Don Bradman, with an average of 99.94 in 80 innings, does not make the list. Regardless, his place in the pantheons of cricket remains undisputed.
Ken Barrington of England has the highest average (58.67) among right-handed batsmen in Test cricket. Following him is Wally Hammond with an average of 58.45 in 140 innings. Here’s the Top 10 in order:
