Lasith Malinga is clearly the most dominating bowler of the decade by far distance. He's been consistent with his lethal bowling action, deadly accurate yorkers, and slow and effective bouncers with a couple of hat tricks against his name too.
He's followed by Shakib who was in great form throughout his career with both bat and ball and the list also has best pacers of this era like Dale Steyn, Mitchell Starc, Trent Boult, Tim Southee, etc...
