Mohammed Shami is the latest to pick 100 ODI wickets. He reached the milestone by dismissing Martin Guptill of New Zealand on 23 January at Napier. He is the fastest Indian to achieve this record and broke the record of Irfan Pathan who did it in just 59 matches.

Rashid Khan holds the record of picking 100 ODI wickets in the minimum number of matches. He achieved this milestone in the finals of ICC World Cup Qualifiers 2018 against Windies by dismissing Shai Hope. He did it in just 44 games.

Waqar Younis was one of the most fearful pacers of his generation. He got to 100 career wickets in his 59th ODI match. He achieved it by dismissing David Houghton of Zimbabwe in the 1st match of Wills Trophy 1993 at Sharjah.

Younis is the second fastest Pakistani to reach the landmark of 100 ODI wickets. He was inducted into ICC Hall of Fame in the year 2013. He was also among the Wisden Cricketers of the year in the year 1992. Currently, he is the coach of Sylhet Sixers in Bangladesh Premier League.

Morne Morkel has been an integral part of South Africa. He is the second fastest Proteas player to reach the landmark of 100 ODI wickets. He achieved that on 22 January 2013 against New Zealand by dismissing BJ Watling. He was in the ICC ODI Team of 2012. He retired from International Cricket on 3rd April 2018. He signed a Kolpak deal to play for Surrey in County cricket.

Irfan Pathan was the second fastest Indian player to reach the landmark of 100 ODI wickets. He achieved that on 19 April 2006 against Pakistan by dismissing Imran Farhat. He was the ICC Emerging Player of the Year 2004. He was in the ICC ODI Team of 2006.
