Litton Das and Mustafizur Rahman included in Bangladesh ODI squad

Bangladesh whitewashed Pakistan 3-0 in their last home series

Bangladesh Cricket Board announced the name of 14 players for the upcoming One Day International (ODI) series against India. Wicketkeeper-batsman Litton Das and left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman were they only uncapped players who made it into the team.

Batsman Abul Hasan replaced injured Mohammad Mahmudullah, who was ruled out before the Test series itself after sustaining a fracture on his left index finger during training.

India are scheduled to play three ODIs at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on June 18, 21 and 24. It’ll not be an easy task for India as Bangladesh are a totally different team when it comes to ODIs, especially after they whitewashed Pakistan 3-0 in a recently concluded home series.

The team:

Masrafe Bin Mortaza (Captain), Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Mominul Haque, Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib Al Hasan (Vice Captain), Shabbir Rahman, Nasir Hossain, Arafat Sunny, Taskin Ahmed, Rubel Hossain, Rony Talukdar, Mustafizur Rahman and Liton Kumar Das.
