Video: Classic cover drive by Sachin Tendulkar in CLT20 final

Sachin Tendulkar played his last T20 match yesterday in the Champions League T20 final against Rajasthan Royals. The match was marked as the farewell of another Indian stalwart, Rahul Dravid, who played his last professional cricket match.

Batting first, Tendulkar looked in good touch when he flicked one down the leg and pushed one through the off-side for a boundary. The biggest moment however came against Shane Watson when Sachin Tendulkar unleashed that typically spectacular cover drive, played on the up, sending thousands on the ground and millions across the nation into a frenzy.

As much as it delighted the fans, the next ball resulted in his stumps being shattered and the end of his stay on the crease in the limited overs format.
