VIDEO: James Anderson's rude behaviour vs Gary Kirsten and Graeme Smith

Graeme Smith was upset when James Anderson stopped a drive during the morning session from Gary Kirsten and then narrowly missed hitting him when throwing the ball back to wicket-keeper Alec Stewart.

Words were also exchanged between Smith and several England players.
