In a Test between West Indies and New Zealand in 1979, Michael Holding got angry at the dodgy umpiring when he was denied two clear cut wickets. When Jost Hustie refused an appeal again of his bowling, he showed his frustration by kicking off the stumps. He was lucky not be fined or face any actions.
