Video: Rahul Dravid mocking Australian accent

Dravid has produced many memorable entertaining moments while working a TV pundit/commentator

Rahul Dravid is one of the greatest batsmen to have played the game of cricket and his outstanding records in both the Test and ODI formats speak for themselves. In fact, he is only one of seven cricketers to have scored more than 10,000 runs in both Test and ODI cricket.

More than his cricket attributes, however, it was the way he conducted himself on and off the field that won him many admirers, making him one of those distinguished few who has stayed true to cricket’s tag of being called ‘The Gentleman’s Game’.

His remarkable sense of concentration with the bat in his hand earned him the nickname “The Wall” as he defied the most fearsome bowlers in international cricketers, almost single-handedly on many occasions. He might be a figure of seriousness out on the pitch, but he definitely has got an another side to him.

He is currently serving as the coach of the India A team, which has enjoyed remarkable success under his leadership, but following his retirement from cricket, he enjoyed a short stint as a TV pundit and commentator where, along with his many valuable insights into the match, he came up with many absolute gems of entertaining moments for the viewers.

The banter enjoyed by Rahul Dravid and Sourav Ganguly while commentating on numerous occasions is quite famous, but the former Indian skipper is not the only one to feel the music from Dravid.

During his engagement for the 2015 ICC World Cup, which was co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand, Dravid obliged to his Australian co- presenter's request to mimic the Australian accent, and much like his cricketing career, he did it to near perfection.
