Video: Shoaib Akhtar bowls consecutive yorkers to Dravid and Tendulkar

It was the perfect stage. The 1999 Asian Test championship was a showdown between two fiercest rivals – India and Pakistan. Shoaib Akhtar, having made his debut 2 years ago, was playing his first ever match against India, that too in Kolkata.

In a display of brilliant pace bowling, he castled the stumps of two modern day greats, Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar, with consecutive late swinging yorkers. It can’t get better for any bowler, can it?

Shoaib Akhtar had won the first battle, but there were many more to come which went the other way.
