Sophie Devine's 25-ball 46 led the Kiwis to 140/9 in 20 overs. Inoka Ranaweera took a three-wicket haul for the hosts. In reply, the Asia Cup 2024 winners made light work of the run-chase. Athapaththu made a superlative 80 while Harshitha Samarawickrama remained unbeaten on 49. The match was played on July 12, 2023.
