Watch: Hilarious video on the transition of Indian cricket

Appurv Gupta, the 24-year-old Indian stand-up comedian, has come up with yet another rib-tickling video in which he has highlighted the transitional phase of Indian cricket from the Sachin Tendulkar days to the Virat Kohli ones and how people still compare the current crop of Indian cricketers with the 'Master Blaster’ regardless of how they perform on field.

In the fifth episode of his web comedy series, ‘Mudde ki Baat’, Gupta has joked about a number of cricketing news that have recently cropped up, including that of the trailers of the biopics which are set to depict the lives of Sachin Tendulkar, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, and Mohammad Azharuddin.

Although the 24-year-old has agreed to the fact that the MS Dhoni biopic trailer motivates an individual while watching it and also, that the ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams’ trailer gives one literal goosebump when viewed but he had a different take on Mohammad Azharuddin's biopic trailer.

The stand-up comedian also talked about the aggression and the running between the wickets of the current set of Indian cricketers, especially that of Virat Kohli and compared it to the days when Mohammad Azharuddin used to stroll down the pitch after running half-way through it.

Appurv Gupta is a 24-year-old stand-up comedian, who is also popularly known as 'The Mobile Guy'. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering back in 2012 and since then decided to make a career out of stand-up comedy.

Gupta has featured in over 250 stand-up comedy shows including the ones in some of the top companies like Adobe, American Express, EXL, Airtel, Tanishq as well as some of the top banks such as SBI, SBI Capital, HDFC and Government regulators like SEBI.
