Watch: Yuvraj Singh teaches SRH teammates hindi dialogues

Indian cricket team and Sunrisers Hyderabad cricketer Yuvraj Singh is known to be a big fan of Bollywood. The 34-year-old was seen teaching his Hyderabad teammates to deliver famous dialogues from Bollywood movies at a recent event.

The all-rounder called his teammates Eion Morgan, Ben Cutting and Trent Boult to the stage in the presence of the host and famous comedian Cyrus Broacha and taught them to utter Hindi dialogues from Bollywood movies.

First up it was the turn of England’s limited-overs captain Eoin Morgan. Yuvraj first uttered Amitabh Bachchan's famous “Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi, namoomkin hai” and then the Englishman emitted those lines.

Australian all-rounder Ben Cutting was next as who uttered Dharmendra's “Khoon pi jaoonga” line on the stage. The last overseas player to mouth Bollywood dialogues was New Zealand pacer, Trent Boult. He said, “Main tumhare bacche ki maa banne waali hoon” in a funny voice.   

Young Bangladeshi pacer Mustafizur Rahman performed a hilarious task on the stage with a member of the audience. Meanwhile, SRH Captain David Warner, who has been in tremendous form in this year’s tournament also took part in the events.

The left-handed batsman from Australia first showed off his dancing skills and then delivered a line in Hindi. The aggressive opener has already scored 386 runs in seven matches in the tournament so far and has led the team from the front.

The Sunrisers are currently at fifth position in the points table and will take on Gujarat Lions in their next match on 6 May. The Hyderabad-based franchise has won four out of their seven matches this term and looks like a formidable side to contest for the playoffs.

All-rounder Yuvraj Singh was out of action since he injured his ankle during India’s semi-final lost to eventual champions West Indies in the T20 World Cup in Mumbai. The Punjab-born player is targeting a comeback in SRH’s next match against Gujarat Lions in Hyderabad.
