However, the younger players of the team tried to give the team’s veteran all-rounder, JP Duminy a fitting farewell in the game against Australia.
After a career spanning over 15 years, Proteas all-rounder Jean-Paul Duminy has announced his retirement from the world of cricket. Duminy retired with over 8000 runs and 132 wickets under his name in the 3 formats of the game. He made his debut in the year 2004, and played his last international match on 6 July 2019, providing the best of his services to the rainbow nation in that time period.
