The ICC has confirmed that the Event Technical Committee of the ICC World Twenty20 Bangladesh 2014 has approved Chris Woakes as a replacement player for Ben Stokes in the England men’s squad for the tournament that will be staged in Bangladesh from 16 March to 6 April.
Stokes has sustained a fracture to his right wrist and has been ruled out of the tournament.

England will play its opening Super 10 stage match against New Zealand on Saturday 22 March.
