Zaheer Khan ties knot with actress Sagarika Ghatge: Wedding in pictures

Former Indian pace spearhead Zaheer Khan and actress Sagarika Ghatge got married in Mumbai on Thursday. The couple opted for a court marriage, which is set to be followed by a grand reception.
The reception will take place on the 27th of November in Mumbai’s Taj Mahal Palace and Tower. Famous Bollywood celebrities and Zaheer’s teammates are expected to be present on the day of the reception.
According to a report in Bombay Times, the wedding will be followed by a cocktail party in the evening. "The mehendi ceremony will take place on Sunday, followed by a grand reception on Monday evening," a source told the daily.

Sagarika debuted in Bollywood with 2007 film 'Chak De! India' and has also featured in films like Rush and Irada. She has also featured in Marathi film Premachi Goshta and Punjabi film Dildariyaan. Sagarika's upcoming project is a bilingual film called Haadsa.
Sagarika and Zaheer met through common friends and dated for almost two years before making their relationship official. It was in May this year that Zaheer proposed to Sagarika.
And it was only yesterday (22nd November) that the couple’s wedding card went viral when Sagarika’s Chak De co-actor Vidya Malavade shared it on social media. Vidya also shared a picture of the bride preparing for the wedding ceremonies.

The Head of Business and Brand Marketing of Zaheer Khan's Prosport Fitness Studio, Anjana Sharma took to Instagram to share the pictures of the couple and wrote, "And its done...my last partner in crime...@zaheer_khan34 @sagarikaghatge ...let the party begin".
Sagarika looked beautiful in a red saree, while Zaheer chose a peach kurta pyjama for the wedding. The couple looked very happy while posing for pictures.

While the wedding ceremony was an intimate affair in the presence of close friends and family members, the couple is all set to throw a grand reception for the celebs of both film and cricket industry on November 27 at Taj Mahal Palace and Tower in Mumbai.
