Must-try hero combos in Marvel Rivals

1) Spider-Man and Doctor Strange

The combo of Spider-Man and Doctor Strange in Marvel Rivals has already become a hot topic in the community. Doctor Strange can deploy teleportation portals outside the playable map, while Spider-Man can pull opponents toward the portal using his web, giving easy eliminations and strategic advantage. This combo is great for map control.

2) Winter Soldier and The Punisher

For those who prefer straightforward gunplay with less focus on abilities, the combo of Winter Soldier and The Punisher is a great option. Both specialize in ranged gunplay: Winter Soldier havs more precision and high damage, while The Punisher has the abilities that can spam and pressurize opponents. Both have overwhelming ultimate damage as well.

3) Groot and Psylocke

Groot's ultimate is a game-changer. He can cluster multiple enemies and trap them with his roots at a place that makes them temporarily unable to escape. This gives Psylocke's powerful area-of-effect ultimate to wipe trapper opponents with ease. Note that both characters are quite difficult to play and require a good amount of time to master.

4) Jeff The Land Shark and Scarlet Witch

The quirky yet effective duo of Jeff The Land Shark and Scarlet Witch combines chaos and high-impact damage. Jeff's whirlpool ability can pull enemies together into a small area, leaving them vulnerable. Once Jeff spits the enemies out, Scarlet Witch can immediately use her ultimate to either eliminate or deal lethal damage to all enemies at once.

5) Iron Fist and Black Panther

Both Iron Fist and Black Panther are fast-paced and high-accuracy heroes that completely rely on dealing massive melee damage. Iron Fist's Chi-powered strikes allow him to deal big burst damage, while Black Panther can weave through enemy defense easily. Their playstyle complement each other very well and the fast movements can frustrate the opponents.

6) Doctor and Scarlet Witch

The powerful combo of Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch requires good timing but almost guarantees multiple eliminations at once. Doctor Strange can use his portal to reposition Scarlet Witch right behind the enemies, allowing her to use the ultimate ability at the closest distance. Her ultimate has the capability to one-shot kill almost all the heroes at once. Once she uses her ultimate, she can immediately escape the danger using the Mystic Projection ability.

Both Luna Snow and Loki excel in keeping their teammates alive with their healing. If both of them use their healing and ultimate abilities together, they overlap to make all the nearby teammates immortal for a brief period. Strategies like these are highly effective when you have to capture the mission area, especially in competitive matches.
