Here are the steps involved in finding them:
Back to the Future
You must go to the northeastern region of the SKD Assembly Unit in the Cooling Towers region. Search for a track with a fire burning on it. Any pop-culture enthusiast will realize that it looks similar to the fiery trail left by the DeLorean.
Harry Potter
In the Swamps region, you must locate a small island located in the northeastern part of the area. Carefully avoid the deep water gaps and you'll reach the location. On the central island, you'll find a car stuck on the branches of a tree, similar to Harry and Ron's Ford Agila that got stuck in a Whomping Willow in The Chamber of Secrets.
Dark Souls
At the southern side of the Burnt Forest region, you'll find a sword stuck in a bonfire, an obvious reference to the prominent checkpoint mechanic in the Dark Souls game franchise. You can also sit beside it, play your guitar, and enjoy the serene view at the location.
Nvidia GeForce RTX
You'll find one of the eleven easter eggs in the SIRCAA faction building. Inside the base's computer room, you find a detailed replica of Nvidia's GeForce RTX 4090 Ti Stalker Two edition.
Half-Life
Reach the Scientist Helicopter located in Rostok and go south from there. You'll notice a toxic underpass filled with anomalies. Locate a suspicious-looking skeleton sitting beside a red container. You'll notice a red crowbar and black spectacles, both a reference to the iconic pieces of equipment of Gordon Freeman, the protagonist of the revered Half-Life FPS series.
Bridge of Death
On Yaniv's easter border, you'll notice a bridge overseeing the railway tracks, this bridge is a reference to the Bridge of Death. It is said that this location is where people saw the Chornobyl Nuclear disaster unfold, who later died due to radiation poisoning.
DayZ
At the STC Malachite base in the Malachite region, proceed towards a loft above the bar. At its apex, you'll find a map of the Chernarus region from the survival shooter DayZ.
Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl
The next easter egg is located in the northeast corner of the cooling towers region. Explore it to find a recreation of the first Stalker's main menu.
107 Cafe Prypiat
Once you unlock access to Prypiat and start exploring it, you'll come across a beautiful and sparkling cafe filled with various colorful lights, this is a reference to the real-life location of Cafe Prypiat, which is known for its colorful stained glass windows.
Call of Duty
Visit the top floor of the Polissya Hotel in Prypiat to find the next easter egg. Once you reach the terrace you can find an M701 rifle on a table beside a window. It is a reference to the iconic mission of the original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — "All Ghillied Up." In that mission, both Price and Macmillan were at the same place, preparing for a sniping mission.
Assassin's Creed
Visit the tallest building in Azimuth Station and reach its apex. You must find a wooden plank with yellow paint there, a visual cue used in many movement-related games, including Assassin's Creed.
When you see two wooden planks point at each other, jump down to land on the nearest hay bale. You will not take any damage from the fall, a cheeky reference to the leap of faith mechanic from the Assassin's Creed franchise.
These were the various easter eggs found in the Stalker sequel.
