Disease History in Escape from Tarkov: How to complete and rewards
Each Escape from Tarkov wipe requires players to complete an array of quests on Reserve, and one of them is Disease History. In the early stage of the wipe, you must complete the missions on this map as quickly as possible to move onto the other maps to progress faster than others. However, this one might take a little time as you need some keys to open locked doors.
This guide goes over the locations of the objectives of Disease History in Escape from Tarkov and how to get there.

The four Disease History objectives in Escape from Tarkov are
- Find and secure Medical record #1 on Reserve.
- Find and secure Medical record #2 on Reserve.
- Hand the first Medical record over to Therapist.
- Hand the second Medical record over to Therapist.

First Medical record location
Before you start matching for a Reserve raid, make sure you have both “RB-KSM” and “RB-SMP” keys since you need them to get the records. You can easily purchase these from the flea market and sell them to other players in need once you're done with the quest.
Now, once you get a hold of these keys put them in your secure container and queue for a Reserve raid. Once you spawn, go to the Hospital which will also be marked with the White Bishop logo on one of its sides on the east of the map.
Go inside the building and make your way to the second floor while clearing the building. Once you are on the second floor, go left and unlock the second door using the RB-SMP key. Head inside and you'll see the first Medical record on the floor between two wooden shelves. Interact with it to pick it up and head toward the second record.

Second Medical record location
After picking the first record, head outside the room and go right. At the end of the hallway, you'll see some planks on the right. Open the door on the right of the planks using the RB-KSM key.
Go inside the room and the second journal will be on the bottom of the metal shelf on the left.

Rewards for completing Disease History in Escape from Tarkov are

- Roubles: 30,000 (31,500 and 34,500 Roubles with Intel Center 2 and 3, respectively)
