Dragon Age The Veilguard is a game that is filled with quests for players to partake in. Even though most side quests can be started just by interacting with a certain NPC, a few can be a bit tricky to start. One such quest that is fairly easy to finish but might feel a little confusing to start is the Disrupt and Conquer side quest.
Dragon Age The Veilguard consists of various portals distributed on the map which you can enter, leading you to memories of the past. Given below is the location of the portal that you need to enter to start the Disrupt and Conquer side quest, followed by a guide on how to complete it.
How to complete the Disrupt and Conquer side quest in Dragon Age The Veilguard
To start the Disrupt and Conquer side quest, you need to first complete the 'A Warden's Best Friend' quest from the main storyline. This quest will lead you to the Heights of Athim area in Dragon Age The Veilguard.
Once you reach the Athim dock, make your way to the ruined building and then to to cliff nearby. As you reach the top of the cliff, there will be a portal. Entering this green portal will trigger the Disrupt and Conquer quest.
There are multiple chests to collect and open in this quest in Dragon Age The Veilguard. The first one can be collected just before leaving the cave. As you make your way to the exit, the first chest will be on the left side near the cliff. As you move forward after the short cutscene where Solas and General Felassan are talking, turn right to find another chest near the wall.
As you defeat all the enemies that come your way and move forward on the linear path ahead of you, you will spot a ladder. Climb it and activate the ballista. Now, use it to remove the arch near the burning tree. Make your way to the burning pit and then use the ladder nearby to climb up. At this spot, you will again hear Solas and Felassan conversing with each other. As a new way unlocks, cross the bridge ahead and enter the gate in front of you.
Entering this gate will trigger Evanuris' attack which will kill everyone. As you witness Solas and Felassan's conversation yet again, you will teleport to a new area as soon as they stop talking. Here, open the chest nearby and collect the wolf statuette to wrap up the Disrupt and Conquer quest in Dragon Age The Veilguard.
