The Heart of the Titan is the final mainline quest in Lace Harding's companion arc in Dragon Age The Veilguard. It will conclude Harding's questline and earn her the Hero of the Veilguard title. There are many important choices in this game, each with lasting effects on both the companion and the main quest. Thus, it's important to choose your options carefully.

Unlock the quest
Complete the Fire and Ice main quest beforehand. Following this, talk with Harding at the Lighthouse to unlock The Heart of the Titan quest.
The quest description is as follows:
"Harding must once again return to the Deep Roads to rescue newfound friends and confront the sinister force haunting her."
Travel to the location
After you unlock the quest, a new location called Isana Nagat will be available for fast travel on your map. It is located in Anderfels, in the Southwest corner of Thedas.
The Deep Roads
Talk with Harding upon arriving at the quest location. Follow the quest marker to reach the entrance of the Deep Roads. Use Harding's ability to start the descent into the Deep Roads.
The Missing Dwarves
Upon entering, you will encounter some hostile undead, defeat them to move ahead. Use Harding's magic to open any blocked pathways.
Past the first blocked pathway, the crew will encounter a red rock. Destroy it to free the dwarf stuck within. Speak with him to continue the quest.
Turn left and go further until you reach the Lyrium Cavern, and go toward ancient mine operations ahead. The path will be blocked by a high wall. Shoot the ladder to make it unfold. Follow the Heart of the Titan quest marker until you eventually have to slide downwards into an enemy encounter.
Defeat the demons and free the second dwarf from the red stone slab. Use Harding to free up the rocks behind the dwarf to open a path. Move ahead into the Old Shafts, where your undead and demon admirers await you. Defeat them all to progress.
Use Harding's ability to open up and raise a platform to ascend toward the quest marker. During this, you will find the third dwarf trapped in a red stone.
Continue toward the quest marker to descend into The Cavity, where you will come against a Rage Demon mini-boss. Bring a companion like Neve which can use Blizzard or Time Slow. Try to keep the high ground and keep dodging until you defeat him.
Stalgard will be the final dwarf you free in The Heart of the Titan quest. Engage in a conversation with him. It is now time to confront the Titan's Shade.
The Titan's Shade
The Heart of the Titan fight starts with a group of demon enemies you need to take out, following which you encounter a Wrath of the Stone mini-boss. It is an enemy you're already familiar with, as such, you shouldn't have any problems dealing with him. Abuse your dodges and chip away at his health.
The Choice
After the boss is defeated, a cutscene will trigger, where you need to choose how Harding contains the Titans' Shade:
Harding: "And now the world will remember!"
Choices:
- Remember who you are. [Harding contains the Titans' Shade through her compassion]
- Honor the Titans' anger. [Harding contains the Titans' Shade by embracing her Anger]
Conclusion
Talk with Harding to return back to the lighthouse, where you will have another conversation with her.
Quest rewards
After completing the quest, Harding will be rewarded with the Hero of Veilguard title. Moreover, her Veilguard skill will be unlocked, along with a legendary armor for you, depending on your choice:
