How to get Aloe in Enshrouded
If you plan on doing Alchemy in Enshrouded, you’ll need a steady supply of Aloe. Thankfully, it’s relatively simple to find and farm, or you can just plant your own Aloe plants, and farm those for resources. When hunting down these plants, you want to only farm the green spiky plants — the brown ones are dead, and will only give you Plant Fiber, and that’s not what you’re here to find!
Whether you want to farm it in the wild or plant your own, this article will help you get plenty of Aloe in this survival title. It’s going to be very important for at least two Alchemical recipes: Revitalizing Health Potion and Eternal Heal Channel (Staves).
Where to find Aloe in Enshrouded
Aloe is easily found in Enshrouded by heading to the Nomad Highlands. Just look for the Green, Spiky plants — they’re in relative abundance here. They’re large plants, so they’re hard to miss, but they are a little on the tough side to chop down — so bring a strong axe with you. It’s worth it to farm up as much of this as possible while you’re in the area because you can make Aloe seeds that way.
With Aloe seeds, you can plant this crop in your base, and get your own materials without having to do quite so much grinding in the Nomad Highlands. Once you have some Aloe, and the right materials, you can plant your own!
How to grow your own Aloe in Enshrouded
With a few resources, you can craft your own Aloe seeds in Enshrouded — and that, in turn, allows you to plant these and have a steady supply of this useful healing crafting material. It's incredibly useful as a healing reagent, so you want to have as much Aloe as possible.
You can take the ingredients below to a Seedbed and craft this plant. If you don’t have a Seedbed yet, you’ll need some Farm Soil. Below are the ingredients needed for an Aloe seed:
- Sand x1: Mine ground at Kindlewastes
- Nitrate x1: Crafted at Alchemist’s Lab
- Water x1: Find a water source (wells are among the best)
- Aloe x1: Farm Aloe plants in the wild
Put these together to create Aloe seeds, plant them, and wait for them to become giant, spiky plants. When fully grown, chop them down with an axe. It’s recommended to plant them away from other plants, since the leaves scatter, and could land among your other plants. Gather up the leaves, and make more seeds/craft healing potions, or whatever else you need to do with them.
