Genshin Impact 5.2 Phase 1 (First half) events schedule: Release dates and rewards

HoYoverse has officially announced the complete Phase I events schedule for the upcoming Genshin Impact 5.2. update. This includes the flagship event, rewards from exploration and other content, banners and more. As per these announcements, Travelers can participate in these events and earn a ton of free Primogem rewards from various sources.

This article will cover the complete event schedule of the first phase in Genshin Impact 5.2.

Genshin Impact 5.1 Phase I events schedule and rewards

Here are all the characters who will be featured on the phase I banners:

  • Chasca (5-star Anemo - Bow)
  • Lyney (5-star Pyro - Bow)
  • Ororon (4-star Electro - Bow)
  • Sucrose (4-star Anemo - Catalyst)
  • Barbara (4-star Hydro - Catalyst)

The first phase will release both new characters—Chasca and Ororon. Additionally, Lyney will get his second rerun banner. Travelers can play Lyney and Chasca's character trials to test their gameplay. Sucrose and Barbara will also be available on the banner for a limited time.

Note that Lyney and Chasca's banners will only be available until December 10, 2024.

Phase I weapon banner

Listed below are all the items that will featured on the weapon banner during the first phase of version 5.2:

  • Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage (5-star Bow)
  • The First Great Magic (5-star Bow)
  • Waveriding Whirl (4-star Catalyst)
  • Flower-Wreathed Feathers (4-star Bow)
  • The Flute (4-star Sword)
  • The Bell (4-star Claymore)
  • Favonius Lance (4-star Polearm)

Both Chasca and Lyney's signature weapons will receive a drop rate boost. Additionally, the first phase will introduce two new 4-star limited weapons—Waveriding Whirl and Flower-Wreathed Feathers.

The weapon banner will also be available until December 10, 2024.

Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls event

Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls is the new flagship event in Genshin Impact 5.2. It is based in Natlan and will feature three game modes. This includes two combat minigames and one puzzle challenge that will require players to restore old records. Travelers can obtain the following rewards by participating in this event:

  • Calamity of Eshu (4-star Sword)
  • Shuttle of Odara (Calamity of Eshu refinement materials)
  • Primogem
  • Hero's Wit
  • Mora
  • Character talent level-up materials
  • Character ascension materials
  • Mystic Enhancement Ore
  • Sanctifying Unction
  • Crown of Insight

Along with Primogems, Travelers can also obtain a new 4-star event-limited weapon named Calamity of Eshu for free. It is a pretty solid Sword that gives Normal and Charged Attack DMG and Crit Rate boosts and ATK% bonus.

The Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls event will begin on November 28, 2024, and end on December 16, 2024.

Claw Convoy

The first phase of Genshin Impact 5.2 will feature one more small event called Claw Convoy. During the event, Travelers must help an NPC track down some adopted animals with the help of a special event gadget. One can obtain the following rewards after completing Claw Conoy:

  • Primogem
  • Hero's Wit
  • Mora
  • Mystic Enhancement Ore

Claw Convoy will begin on November 22, 2024, and it will run until December 2, 2024.

Limited-time Tribal Chronicles Rewards

The Genshin Impact 5.2 update will also release a new Tribal Chronicles Quest titled Of Fading Flowers and Falling Feathers featuring Chasca. Similar to the previous Tribal Chronicles quests, Travelers can earn extra rewards, such as Primogems and character level-up materials, by completing this quest.

However, these are limited-time rewards and can only be claimed before December 10, 2024.

Limited-time Exploration Rewards

Genshin Impact 5.2 will release the following new regions:

  • Ochkanatlan
  • Quahuacna Cliff
  • Tezcatepetonco Range

Travelers can earn 400 Primogems by reaching a certain exploration rate in these areas. However, the rewards will only be available until February 11, 2025.

Genius Invokation TCG

The TCG will introduce a new Heated Battle Mode called Automatic Artistry. It will be available from November 22, 2024, to December 16, 2024.
