As per multiple leaks from several reliable sources, including hxg_diluc and Iris Leaks, the Genshin Impact 5.3 update is expected to release Citlali as a playable character. Thus, Travelers can look forward to her drip marketing very soon.
Based on past trends, HoYoverse was supposed to drip market Citlali on November 18, 2024, at 6 pm (UTC+8). Unfortunately, the developers did not reveal the new characters at the expected time due to unknown reasons.

Citlali is also expected to be a damage dealer who supposedly summons a large web-like field and deals Cryo DMG to all the enemies inside said field. Assuming the leaks about her abilities are true, she could become one of the best sub-DPS and support units in the game.
