According to the leaks by NGA and reshared by Seele Leaks, Genshin Impact is expected to release a new skin for Hu Tao. As mentioned, the leaker did not share any other details about the rumored outfit, such as its release version or rarity.
Based on past trends, HoYoverse usually releases new character skins during the Lantern Rite festival or summer event.
Interestingly, Genshin Impact version 5.3 is expected to celebrate the Lantern Rite festival, so Hu Tao might likely get her skin in this update. Do note this is only a speculation since this is the best time for her to get a skin.
