As mentioned, the livestream confirmed that Neuvillette and Zhongli will get rerun banners in the second half of the Genshin Impact 5.2 update. Their Event Wishes will go live on December 10, 2024, at 6 pm. It is important to note that, unlike the first phase banner, the second phase starts at different times on each server.

Version 5.2 weapon banner
Since Zhongli and Neuvillette will be featured on the Event Wishes in the upcoming update, Travelers can also look forward to seeing their signature weapons on the weapon banner for a limited time. Tome of the Eternal Flow is an amazing weapon for the Iudex of Fontaine and a great stat stick in general.
Vortex Vanquisher is also a pretty good stat stick and can be a good option on some characters like Shenhe and Xiao, but isn't usually recommended because there are other better and more affordable options available.
