Gunsmith Part 7 in Escape from Tarkov: How to complete and rewards

The Gunsmith quest line from Mechanic is one of the easiest ways to rack up some EXP and level up quickly in Escape from Tarkov. For the seventh iteration of the quest, players have to build a Colt M4A1 according to the Mechanic's preferences. This is quite easy to do if you have the Roubles/Dollars to purchase all the parts. Since you don’t have to equip an absurd amount of attachments on the weapon, it won’t affect your wallet that much.

Parts you have to purchase/acquire for Gunsmith Part 7

Before purchasing all the parts needed to build the M4A1 according to the Mechanic's preferences — you have to purchase the weapon first. For that, you can easily get your hands on one from Peacekeeper if you have reached the second Loyalty Level. If not, you can just purchase it from the flea market.

Now that you have gotten yourself a M4A1, and install all of the following attachments on it:

• AR-15 260mm barrel
• AR-15 Magpul MOE SL M-LOK handguard
• AR-15 KRISS Defiance DS150 stock
• SOCOM556-MINI MONSTER sound suppressor
• AR-15 Windham Weaponry Rail Gas Block
• Trijicon ACOG TA11D scope
• DD M-LOK vertical Foregrip
• SureFire MAG5-50 60-round mag
• AR-15 SureFire WarComp flash hider
• Trijicon TA51 sight mount

Most of these attachments can easily be purchased from the Traders if you have reached Peacekeeper, Mechanic and Skier’s Loyalty Level 3. Additionally, the 60-round magazine can only be acquired from barter or by killing Raiders/Rogues around the Tarkov territory.

Additionally if you don't have the MAG5-50 60-round magazine, you can replace it with the Magpul P-MAG D-60 60-round magazine.
