How to find the Weird Nut artifact in Stalker 2

The Weird Nut is categorized as a legendary artifact in Stalker 2 that can boost rapid blood coagulation for your character. It can significantly help you during firefights. However, obtaining the artifact is quite tricky, as you will have to travel to a late-game location and deal with a destructive anomaly to do so.

This guide will help you through the process of locating and acquiring the Weird Nut artifact in Stalker 2.

Weird Nut artifact in Stalker 2: Location and how to get

The Weird Nut artifact is located in the Cooling Towers region, guarded by a Fire Whirl anomaly. This is a giant tornado that deals a great amount of fire damage to the surrounding area. You must reach a certain height and go into the middle of the location to grab the Weird Nut artifact.

First, find a ladder on the tower's southeastern side. Use it to get to the top of the scaffolding. It's recommended to create a save file at this point, as the following pathway can be punishing.

When you're up, proceed to the right side by jumping over the gaps carefully. You will reach a spot where a wooden beam can be seen going towards the other side of the tower. Make sure to wait out the Fire Whirl anomaly's burning effect on the path. When the red color fades away, it's safe to proceed.

After going to the other side by jumping over the gaps, go toward your right to locate another beam in the middle section. You can create a save file again before continuing.

Wait out the anomaly's burning effect on the beam, and quickly proceed forward. When you are at the edge, jump down to the subsequent section to pick up the Weird Nut artifact.

Afterward, make sure to quickly descend onto the platforms below to reach the ground. If you fall directly from the top, you will take a lot of damage, and eventually die.

The Weird Nut can be a great addition to your artifact belt to elevate your combat in Stalker 2. The artifact stops the bleeding effect and enables you to heal efficiently. The only drawback is that the healing process takes longer than usual.
