Superior Scrimshaw: Talk with the craftsmen in Merchant Bazaar in Port Brielhaven.
Grieving Ghost of the Goblet: Pick up this bounty from any Recruitment Center.
Peak Curiosity: Pick up this quest from the Mustari Man in the Village of Pagans on Virga Island.
