Informed Means Armed in Escape from Tarkov: How to complete and rewards

After completing Setup, you will be greeted by Informed Means Armed in Escape from Tarkov. While Setup is known for being one of the agonizing tasks in the early wipe, this mission is relatively easy. In this mission, players have to go to three different maps and plant a Wi-Fi Camera in the designated spot.

All three objectives you have to complete for Informed Means Armed in Escape from Tarkov are:

Plant a Wi-Fi Camera to keep an eye on the Sawmill dock on Woods.
Plant a Wi-Fi Camera to keep an eye on the Road to Port at Customs.
Plant a Wi-Fi Camera to keep an eye on the Kiba Arms on Interchange.

1) Sawmill dock camera location

To complete the first objective, load into a Woods raid then head to the Sawmill. Shturman usually spawns there, so be careful when you reach the location. After you reach the Sawmill, go towards the shore area where you will see the dock, the same one where you have to go to complete Gratitude — a task from Ragman.

Right before the dock, you will see a pile of wooden planks, where you have to plant the Wi-Fi Camera. The planting process will take 20 seconds to finish and it is important to sit still throughout the process.

2) Road to Port camera location

Moving over to the Wi-Fi Camera location on Customs, you have to go to the storage containers located in the middle of the Smuggler’s Boat extraction and the Ambush Hill. If you spawn where the Smuggler’s Boat extraction point is, go up and cross the road where the blue container is situated.

On the left of the container, there will be a small bush., inside which you have to plant the second Wi-Fi Camera. After you complete planting the camera, the second objective will be completed.

3) Kiba Arms store camera location

For this camera, load into an Interchange raid and head into the ULTRA Mall after you spawn. When you are inside the mall, head towards the Kiba Arms store. After you reach there, go inside the Brutal store which is located right opposite Kiba.

In the store, you will be able to see a small wooden ramp that overlooks the entrance of Kiba. Get atop the ramp which will give you the “Plant” prompt. Press and hold your interact button to plant the last Wi-Fi Camera. When you finish planting the camera, the quest will be completed.
