If you buy the Life Is Strange Double Exposure Ultimate Edition, you can play before the title's official release. Your saves will carry over, so you can directly start Chapter 3.
When does Life Is Strange Double Exposure release?
This next game in the Life Is Strange series will be released worldwide on October 29, 2024. It will be available on all major next-gen consoles like PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows. For Nintendo Switch users, however, the game will be released on December 31, 2024.
How to pre-order Life Is Strange Double Exposure
If you wish to pre-order the game to play it as soon as it launches, here is how to do it on all platforms:
PC
- Open Steam on your web browser or via the mobile app and search the title's name in the search bar.
- Click on the listing and then open the official game page.
- Select the edition that you want to purchase and click 'Add to Cart.'
- After completing the payment, Life Is Strange Double Exposure will be added to your library. As soon as the game goes live, you can install and play it. Or you can start the game right now if you opted for the Ultimate Edition.
PlayStation 5
- Search for the game after opening the PlayStation Store on your console.
- Open the title's store page and select the edition.
- Once you complete the checkout, the game will automatically get added to your library.
- Download and play as soon as Life Is Strange Double Exposure goes live.
Xbox Series X/S
- Open the Xbox Store on your console.
- Now, enter the game's name in the search bar.
- Open the title's page and select the appropriate edition.
- Complete the payment.
- Download and play Life Is Strange Double Exposure once it is released.
Nintendo Switch
Even though the game won't be released till December 31, 2024, for Switch owners, it is still available as part of a pre-order.
