AMD GameOn 2024 to culminate in Hyderabad with ₹300,000 prize pool
AMD GameOn 2024, an open-for-all CS2 tournament, has entered its final stages. Only four teams remain in the fight for the lion's share of the ₹300,000 prize pool. The main event of the CS2 tournament is set to take place at IndiaJoy 2024 Asia's premier media and entertainment congregation at the HICC, Novotel, Hyderabad, on November 16 and 17, 2024.
AMD GameOn 2024 began with the open qualifiers, where the registered teams competed for slots in the Closed Qualifiers. The Closed Qualifier, with eight total teams, has wrapped up, confirming the four finalists for the final stage.

The Counter-Strike 2 tournament was made open for all to allow Indian esports players to showcase their skills. India currently has about 500 million gamers, and this number is expected to grow to 730 million by 2028, with a 5-year CAGR of 10 percent, making the country the largest market by the number of gamers.
Naturally, AMD GameOn 2024 is an instant hit among the players. But now only four teams remain in the competition:
True Rippers
- Carnival Gaming
- Gods Reign
- Victores Sumus
These teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket at the HICC, Novotel, Hyderabad on November 16 and 17 to determine the champions of AMD GameOn 2024. Commenting on the tournament, Mukesh Bajpai – Marketing Head, AMD India, said:
