Zenless Zone Zero Harumasa gameplay leaks: Combat animations and abilities showcase
Several Zenless Zone Zero leaks comprising gameplay showcases of version 1.4’s characters have appeared on the community’s radar. The latest of them comes in from Mero, a credible third-party source, that provides a glimpse at Harumasa’s combat animations from the ongoing closed beta. HoYoverse has revealed the character via drip marketing campaign, and he will be joining the playable roster as an Electric Attack agent.

Zenless Zone Zero Harumasa gameplay and animation leaks explored
The Zenless Zone Zero 1.4 drip marketing campaign has officially teased Harumasa, setting him up for release in the patch. He has been confirmed to be an Electric Attack agent. Hence, Harumasa will likely take on the role of a DPS for different team compositions.
The footage above further shows Harumasa wielding a bow on the battlefield. Using the weapon, he launches a series of ranged attacks on targets from a distance, dealing Electric DMG. He also enters an empowered state to perform a special dash attack.
In the leaked preview, he was shown activating his EX-Special Attack, The ability appears to have a long-range as Harumasa shoots multiple arrows towards the target as he leaps backward. His Special Attack also summons a small floating orb that shoots Electric projectile toward the enemy. Harumasa can then close in the distance on enemies using his Basic ATK.

Another preview from Mero shows Harumasa's signature W-engine effect. When it is equipped on the character, his hair will change color and glow blue for a short duration.
Needless to say, the scaling of Harumasa's abilities and their functionality are currently unknown. To find out the kit details, Proxies have to wait until the official showcase.
