Nothing Fishy About This in Escape from Tarkov is a Ragman quest where you must find his long-lost SUV on Shoreline. While the mission description doesn't say where you have to go to complete this quest, unaware of the quest location, many tend to go to the vehicle extract since it's also an SUV. However, that is not Ragman’s lost SUV, so the mission will not be completed.

Where is Ragman's SUV located on Shoreline?
To find Ragman's SUV on Shoreline, go to the sunken village area where the swamp is. The swamp is on the western part of the map near Cottages where Sanitar can spawn. Additionally, the Path to Lighthouse extract point is rather close to the area so you can easily head there after finding the car.
However, you don't need to go into the swamp to find the car as it is located on the outskirts. Since this map is bigger than others, we recommend you bring an SJ6 injector with you as a backup if you end up getting a spawn on the other side of the map.
When you are on the outskirts of the swamp, you can see the SUV near the broken church sunken in the mud. While getting the quest objective, you will be slowed a little as you will be stepping in some muddy water.
When you are done, go towards Path to Lighthouse and extract from the map. Keep in mind that you must spend at least seven minutes in the raid to get the “Survived” status. Another way you can extract early is to kill scav with headshots and get some looting XP to accumulate enough EXP for the “Survived” exit status.
