What to do with Festive Fish in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Disney Dreamlight Valley often hosts in-game events to celebrate significant festivals, and Christmas is no different. This holiday season, the game has introduced a set of Festive Fish that players should keep an eye out for. While catching these fishes will let players claim exciting rewards from the Star Path menu, missing out will lead to another year-long wait.
This article will cover everything you need to know about the Festive Fish in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
When does Festive Fish appear in Disney Dreamlight Valley
With the holiday season now here, Disney Dreamlight Valley has introduced five time-exclusive fish for players to catch. These rare collectibles will only be available for a limited time — from December 18 to December 31.
Only one of each fish can be caught in the biomes they are located in. To locate their exact position, players will need to look for a red-and-green pool in the water body. Keep in mind that these fishes are only required to finish the newly introduced duty and don't serve any other purpose. Once you catch all five of them, you will get a reward from the Star Path menu.
Location of all Festive Fishes in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Now that you know what purpose these fishes serve and when they appear, it's time to catch them. Here are the locations of all five festive fishes:
- Festive Fugu: Found in Dazzle Beach only when it's raining.
- Festive Squid: Found in the Glade of Trust biome.
- Festive Salmon: Found in the Sunlit Plateau biome.
- Festive Anglerfish: Found in the Forgotten Lands biome. It only spawns between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
- Festive Bass: Found in the Peaceful Meadow biome.
If you have caught any of these fishes the previous year, then you don't need to look for the same one again, as the game keeps track of your previously collected festive-exclusive item.
