Wuthering Waves 1.3 second phase banners and Jiyan rerun release date
The second half of the ongoing Wuthering Waves 1.3 update will feature Jiyan's limited banner. Kuro Games has confirmed the Convene schedule and revealed all the other 4-star characters who will be featured on the banner, including the new 4-star character Youhu. The banners will be released on October 24, 2024, but the exact timings will be different for each server since it will go live on the SEA and Asian servers first, followed by Europe and America last.
This article will cover Jiyan's banner release date in Wuthering Waves on all the servers and list the featured 4-star character on his banner.
Wuthering Waves Jiyan's rerun banner release date
Asia
As mentioned previously, Jiyan's banner will be released on October 24, 2024. For the SEA and Asian servers, his banner will be available at 10 am (UTC+8). Rovers playing in this server can check out the exact time left until his return in the countdown below:
Europe
Jiyan's banner will be available on the European server on October 24, 2024, at 10 am (UTC+1). Check out the countdown below:
America
The players in the American server will be the last to welcome Jiyan's banner since it will arrive on October 24, 2024, at 10 am (UTC-5).
Note that all the countdowns also apply to Youhu's release date and time.
Phase II featured 4-star characters
Here's a list of all the characters who will be featured on Jiyan's rerun banner during the second half of version 1.3:
- New - Youhu (4-star Glacio)
- Mortefi (4-star Fusion - Pistols)
- Sanhua (4-star Glacio - Sword)
Both Sanhua and Mortefi are amazing sub-DPS characters so getting them can help many teams, especially the latter if players plan to pull Jiyan. Additionally, Youhu will finally be released in the second half of version 1.3. The livestream revealed some parts of her kit. She can use different materials during the fight, which is based on RNG and it looked very interesting.

- Verdant Summit (5-star Broadblade)
- Variation (4-star Rectifier)
- Helios Cleaver (4-star Broadblade)

Jiyan's signature weapon Verdant Summit will get a drop rate boost along with three other amazing 4-star weapons. The weapon banner will also feature a new 4-star Gauntlets called the Celestial Spiral for limited time.
