Wuthering Waves 1.4 free 4-star weapon leak shows stats and effects
According to a recent leak, Rovers could get a free 4-star weapon called Somnoire Anchor in the Wuthering Waves 1.4 update. Leak hints at a free 4-star Sword in Wuthering Waves 1.4
As mentioned, Kuro Games is expected to release a new 4-star Sword called Somnoire Anchor in the upcoming Wuthering Waves 1.4 update, and it can be obtained from an event for free.
According to Wuthering Waves Leaks on Telegram, here are all the stats and skill effects of Somnoire Anchor at level 90 and different weapon refinements:
- Base ATK: 463
- Second stat: 18.2% ATK
- Passive: Gain 1 stack of Hiss when dealing damage to the target, 1 stack can be generated every second. Each stack increases the wielder's ATK by 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. When the wielder has 10 stacks, their Crit Rate will increase by 6/7.5/9/10.5/12%. Switching to another Resonator will clear the stacks.
Somnoire Anchor has a pretty high Base ATK compared to other 4-star Swords in the game. The weapon's passive and second stat also provide ATK% bonuses, further boosting the wielder's total ATK. In addition, when the character has obtained the max stacks, they also gain a Crit Rate bonus.
Speaking of which, it should be noted that due to each stack's short duration, it is almost impossible to get even four stacks, let alone 10, to trigger all the passive skills against a single enemy. However, it is possible if the wielder can hit multiple enemies at the same time and a stack is counted on each hit separately.
It is safe to say most Sword DPS units can use Somnoire Anchor just for the ATK boost, but the Crit Rate effect will be difficult to activate.
