Wuthering Waves 1.4 leaks: Lumi's gameplay animations and combat abilities
As mentioned, Lumi is expected to be a 4-star Electro Broadblade user. A lot of Lumi's kit appears to revolve around utilizing her little hamster-like companion and appears to have a balance of both close and mid-ranged combat. When her Resonance Liberation is cast, Lumi summons her companion who inflates, dealing a burst of Electro damage in a seemingly large AoE.
It is important to note that there is not much information available on Lumi's kit as of now. Thus, players are advised to await further details on her abilities.
When in combat, Lumi's abilities appear to have two different uses: you can either summon her companion to shoot Electro shots from a distance or get closer to the enemy to land melee attacks with your weapon that also deals Electro damage. Based on the leaked animations, it looks like you can switch these two modes by casting her Resonance Skill.
As you continue to attack your enemy, Lumi's Forte Gauge appears to fill up in a specific direction depending on the fighting mode you are using (it fills up when you are in melee mode and goes left when you are in ranged mode). When either side of her Forte Gauge is full, you can unleash a special attack, which is possibly her Forte Skill, to deal more damage.
Lumi also potentially has a special sprint where she can run and move around at high speed while her companion shoots at nearby targets. It is possible that to use this special sprint, you will need to fill up the ranged side of her Forte Gauge. Sprinting this way will also consume much more stamina.
