Wuthering Waves 2.1 characters and banners leaked
The potential new playable characters for the Wuthering Waves 2.1 update have been leaked. According to the information, Phoebe and Brant are expected to be released in this version, and both are likely to be 5-star units. Players might know them from the recent Rinascita reveal on the game's official X account. Furthermore, Rovers can look forward to two more popular character reruns, including The Shorekeeper.

Wuthering Waves 2.1 banners leaked
According to the leaks via Mapleaf on X, the Wuthering Waves 2.1 update is expected to release Phoebe and Brant as the new playable characters. While Kuro Games has revealed the two on the game's official X account, they have yet to confirm when these characters will debut. Furthermore, the leaker claims that version 2.1 will rerun two popular characters.
Here's a list of all the Resonators expected to get a banner in the Wuthering Waves 2.1 update:
- Brant (5-star new)
- Phoebe (5-star new)
- Changli (5-star Fusion - rerun)
- The Shorekeeper (5-star Spectro - rerun)
Changli is a pretty good damage dealer and The Shorekeeper is the best support unit in the game, so players pull them if they want a good character. Anyhow, the leaker unfortunately did not confirm the release and banner order of the characters so Rovers will have to wait a little longer for more details.
Mapleaf has a pretty mixed track record but their 2.0 and 2.1 banners leak matches the more recent leaks by other reliable sources, so this leak is likely credible.

More on Brant
According to another source — zani oppai on Telegram — Brant supposedly uses a gun in his animations, suggesting that his weapon type is a Pistol. Furthermore, he is rumored to be a Fusion character, potentially making him the fifth Resonator with this Attribute. This is also interesting because, assuming the leak is true, there will be five Fusion Resonators after Brant's rumored debut and three of them will be Pistol users.
Based on Brant's official reveal and description, he is likely to be a sailor. Unfortunately, there's no information on Phoebe, but given her outfit in her official reveal, it is safe to say she comes from the high society.
