Wuthering Waves Youhu release date and banner schedule

Youhu in Wuthering Waves is a new 4-star Glacio character from the Huanglong region. She will be released in the second phase of version 1.3, which will go live on October 24, 2024, at 10 am across all the servers. However, since the banner is in the second half of the update, the exact timings of Youhu's release will vary depending on the server, as she will arrive in the SEA and Asian servers first, followed by Europe and America.

As mentioned, Youhu's banner will be released on October 24, 2024, at 10 am, but her exact release timings on all four servers will be different. Rovers can check out the release countdown for each server below.

SEA and Asia

Players in the SEA and Asian servers will be the first to welcome Youhu in version 1.3, as her banner will be available on October 24, 2024, at 10 am (UTC+8).

Europe

In the European server, Youhu's banner will be available on October 24, 2024, at 10 am (UTC+1). Rovers in this server can check out the countdown until her release here:

America

As usual, the phase two banner will arrive last on the American server and will be available on October 24, 2024, at 10 am (UTC-5). Here is Youhu's release countdown:

Since Youhu will be available on Jiyan's banner, these countdowns also apply to the latter's rerun banner.

Here are all the characters who will be available on the banners for the entire duration of the second phase of the Wuthering Waves 1.3 update:

Jiyan (5-star Aero - Broadblade)
Youhu (4-star Glacio)
Sanhua (4-star Glacio - Sword)
Mortefi (4-star Fusion - Pistols)

This will be Jiyan's first rerun in the game, so Rovers who missed the previous opportunities to get him can pull him unless they are saving for future characters. Additionally, Sanhua and Mortefi will get a rate up during the second phase of the ongoing update. Luckily, they are both amazing characters, so players can also try for them.
