XDefiant Small Map Playlist: Everything you need to know

The much-anticipated XDefiant Small Map Playlist has finally been announced by Ubisoft, and it is arriving as early as November 15, 2024. The community has been waiting for a small map mode for a long time now, and they will now finally have the opportunity to master their close-range weapons.

The XDefiant Small Map Playlist will not be a permanent mode and will be available until November 18, 2024, at 10:00 am PT.

Small maps in XDefiant have always been fan favorites as they offer fast-paced gameplay. They differ from the traditional FPS experience and provide players with an experience that is a lot more intense and action-heavy.

This update aims to make close-range weapons like shotguns, pistols, and SMGs viable whenever players use them in the game. The community has frequently complained that weapons like snipers dominate the bigger maps in the shooter. It seems like Ubisoft is finally bringing a welcome change.

XDefiant will feature a separate mode that will only feature small maps. The mode will be available at all times within the scheduled dates.

Ubisoft has not yet officially announced the contents of the XDefiant Small Map Playlist. However, we can predict a list from the maps that are already available in the game. The possible list of maps to be included are:

Dumbo
Echelon HQ
Clubhouse
Emporium
Nudleplex
Rockefeller
Showtime
Waterfront
