Yakuza Kiwami: All Locker Key locations and rewards
As you scour the streets of Kamurocho in Yakuza Kiwami, you’ll occasionally come across Locker Keys. These are denoted by little blue glimmers on the ground, and once you’ve been let out of jail, you’ll start seeing them almost immediately. Not every one of the rewards is going to be a game-changer, but some of them are absolutely top-tier, must-have items to make your life easier.
Some of these are used in combat, others to make your Pocket Circuit dreams into a reality. Others still will let you cheat at gambling - which is so important, because gambling can be infuriating. If you want to find all of these Locker Keys in Yakuza Kiwami, we’re here to help - whether you’re playing on the recent Nintendo Switch release or anywhere else.
Where to find all Locker Keys in Yakuza Kiwami (and what they reward)
Once you’re out of jail in Yakuza Kiwami, you can almost immediately begin seeking out Locker Keys. Just look for the blue glimmers on the ground - right in the middle of the road, in front of businesses, or tucked away in alleyways. You use these on Taihei Boulevard, seen in the screenshot above. Just walk into this location and you’ll see a bunch of lockers.
In fact, if you don’t have any Locker Keys yet, one of them (B1) can be found in this location. This is how the game introduces you to this mechanic. There are 10 columns - A through J, and five rows.
None of these Locker Keys are missable in Yakuza Kiwami, thankfully. You can get them all in one run. Some of them are locked behind later points in the game, though, so keep that in mind. A few of them are even hidden behind substories. Below is a complete list of every single Locker Key in the game, and where you can find it.

It’s worth noting that a few of these aren’t in Kamurocho proper. A few of them are found in Substories (C1, I3, J5), and one of them is available in Purgatory (B5). Finally, one isn’t available until you get access to West Park (I3). There are so many amazing rewards as a part of the Yakuza Kiwami Locker Key system, too.
There are quite a few gambling cheat items, Pocket Circuit healing items, weapons, armor, and healing items. There are even some you can just sell to make a bunch of money, like the Dinosaur Fossil. Thankfully, nearly all of these can be unlocked early in the game. Just keep an eye out for the glimmer on the ground, and you’ll be rolling in great items before long.
Yakuza Kiwami is now available on the Nintendo Switch, alongside the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC storefronts. To learn how it handles on the Nintendo console, check out our in-depth review.
