2024 F1 Abu Dhabi GP: Where to watch, timings, all you need to know

F1 will be heading this weekend to the Yas Marina Circuit for its annual Abu Dhabi GP, the season finale. The race in the United Arab Emirates was added to the calendar in 2009 and has been the season finale since the 2014 season.

Despite not being the most celebrated track on the calendar, over the years fans have seen some of the most iconic moments with championship battles being decided at the Yas Marina Circuit.

Heading into the 2024 season finale Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has already wrapped up the drivers' championship in Las Vegas where he won his fourth consecutive title. However, the constructors' championship is yet to be decided. McLaren and Ferrari will vie for the title in the final race of the season, as the two are separated by a gap of only 21 points.

Both contenders have failed to win any championship since the 2008 season when McLaren took home the driver's championship, courtesy of Lewis Hamilton, and Ferrari took the constructors' championship from the British team.
