Watch: A seemingly tipsy Max Verstappen struggling to pour vodka into a cup during the live broadcast after the F1 Las Vegas GP
Max Verstappen had a hilarious moment as he struggled for a moment when asked to make a vodka-and-Red Bull drink on a live German Sky Sport broadcast. This happened after the Red Bull star won his fourth consecutive championship at the 2024 F1 Las Vegas GP.
Verstappen qualified in P5 in Las Vegas and ended Sunday's race in that same position. However, he managed to keep his title rival, Lando Norris, behind him, allowing him to secure his fourth title since Norris cannot now close the gap in the remaining two races.
Verstappen celebrated his achievement with his team after the race and was also invited by Sky Sport F1 to a little celebration. The German broadcaster had a special table arranged with vodka and Red Bull drinks in a tub of ice.
During the live broadcast, the seemingly tipsy four-time world champion struggled with the vodka bottle as the cap was still on. One of the presenters reminded him to remove the cap before pouring. Further on in the video, while the presenters were interviewing the Dutchman, he was busy pouring both Red Bull and vodka into their glasses to celebrate his championship victory.

Max Verstappen makes hilarious comments after winning his fourth world championship
Max Verstappen was in great spirits after winning his fourth world title. In the press conference after the race in Las Vegas, he said he wasn't concerned about how much alcohol he was drinking since he didn't have to worry about driving.
Verstappen was already drinking a can of beer in the press conference when he was asked how he would celebrate. He humorously said that he was out of beer and that he was going to get another one. He said,
"Well, I ran out of beer. So yeah, I don't know, maybe another one. And then maybe I switch to something else. I don't need to drive anymore. So the slogan, 'don't drink and drive,' works very well. I don't need to do that anymore."
Max Verstappen now has 403 points in the championship table. Meanwhile, McLaren's Lando Norris is in second place with 340 points, after the Las Vegas GP.
