Playing XI Updates
Comilla Victorians
With form and more importantly, momentum behind them, the Victorians shouldn't be making any changes to a settled side with the exception of Evin Lewis.
The West Indian has struggled with injuries throughout the season although he has impressed one and all with a magnificent hundred against Khulna.
If he isn't available, Liam Dawson should take his place up to bolster the bowling even further. Saifuddin has done well with the new ball and should be one to watch out for.
Possible XI: Tamim, Anamul(WK), Shamsur, Imrul(C), Dawson, Perera, Afridi, Ziaur/Hider, Saifuddin and Mahedi.
Rangpur Riders
Ever since the Riders reverted to a top-heavy batting line-up, they haven't tasted defeat with three of them even scoring hundreds in the tournament.
Chris Gayle has been lukewarm this season but the Jamaican is fully capable of destroying any bowling unit on his day. The bowling line-up is also fairly solid with Mashrafe Mortaza and Ferhad Reza doing well with the ball although Shafiul could miss out due to injury.
Possible XI: Gayle, Hales, Russouw, ABD, Mithun(WK), Nahidul, Mortaza(C), Reza, Nazmul, Shahidul and Abul Hasan/Shafiul.
Fantasy Tips and Suggestions
Wicket-keeper: Anamul Haque and Mohammed Mithun have done well in the BPL 2019 so far with good knocks for their respective teams. Both of them are viable options to go for with perhaps Anamul edging it out due to his batting position.
Batsmen: Two out of Rangpur's quarter of overseas players would be sufficient with all of them capable of damage. Along with them, the likes of Tamim Iqbal, Shamsur Rahman and Imrul Kayes are also viable options to go along with in your fantasy teams.
All-rounders: Shahid Afridi has been very good with the ball for Comilla and has been chipping in with runs in the death overs as well. Both Afridi and Ferhad Reza are the ideal players to have in the team with the promise of wickets galore.
Bowlers: One of Mohammed Saifuddin and Wahab Riaz would suffice along with Mashrafe Mortaza and Mahedi Hasan Rana. With the unavailability of Shafiul Islam, Nazmul should be a handy option with the ball.
Captain: Chris Gayle and Tamim Iqbal are due for a big score at the top of the order and are ideal for captaincy with the likes of AB de Villiers and Shahid Afridi also among other possible options.
Fantasy Suggestion #1: Anamul Haque(WK), Tamim Iqbal, Imrul Kayes, AB de Villiers, Chris Gayle, Ferhad Reza, Shahid Afridi, Mohammed Saifuddin, Mahedi Hasan, Nazmul Islam and Mashrafe Mortaza. Captain: Chris Gayle
