Ind vs Aus, 2nd T20: Dream11 Prediction, Playing XI Updates & Fantasy Cricket Tips - February 27th, 2019
Pat Cummins was the hero last time around as he pulled off an improbable win for the Aussies against a near full strength India side as both teams head into the second and final T20 with only a win on their minds.
While Australia have the chance to seal a rare series win, Team India would be desperate to stave off an Aussie win at the iconic M.Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The Chinnaswamy tends to be the slower side although plenty of runs will still be on offer for both teams, banking on the likes of Virat Kohli and Aaron Finch to come good on Wednesday.
With the last two bilateral T20I series between the two ending in stalemate, Australia will be keen to set the record straight although a reaction is expected from Virat and co.
Squads to choose from
India:
Virat Kohli(C), Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant, Vijay Shankar, MS Dhoni, Krunal Pandya, Lokesh Rahul, Dinesh Karthik, Siddarth Kaul, Umesh Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal and Mayank Markande.
Australia:
Aaron Finch(C), D'Arcy Short, Usman Khawaja, Alex Carey, Peter Handscomb, Shaun Marsh, Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, Ashton Turner, Jhye Richardson, Jason Behrendorff, Pat Cummins, Adam Zampa, Nathan Lyon, Kane Richardson and Nathan Coulter-Nile.
Playing XI Updates
India:
A few changes are expected of the Indian team after their three spinners theory was put to waste with Umesh Yadav unable to defend fourteen in the last over. While Shikhar Dhawan's exclusion came as a shock to many, he should sit this one out as well with KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant vying for a World Cup spot.
Vijay Shankar could come in for Pant though with his medium pace ideal on a slowish Chinnaswamy pitch.
Umesh Yadav could also face the sack after a poor performance in Vizag, paving the way for Siddarth Kaul to make a comeback.
Possible XI: Rohit, Rahul, Kohli(C), Pant/Shankar, Dhoni(WK), Karthik, Krunal, Umesh/Kaul, Chahal, Markande and Bumrah.
Australia:
No changes are expected of the victorious Australian side with Melbourne Stars' team-mates Marcus Stoinis and Glenn Maxwell's presence bringing a sense of balance to the side.
Aaron Finch's poor form in Aussie colours continued on Sunday as well but will he be eager to overcome it as soon as possible. The bowling unit looks fairly settled with as many as four quality pacers at their disposal along with the leg spin of Adam Zampa.
Possible XI: Stoinis, Short, Finch(C), Maxwell, Handscomb (WK), Turner, Coulter-Nile, Cummins, Jhye/Lyon, Zampa and Behrendorff.

Fantasy Tips and Suggestions
Wicket-keeper: MS Dhoni is in good form with his good run over the Australians continuing. With his rapid glovework behind the wickets, Dhoni is the ideal option to have in the side over Peter Handscomb.
Batsmen: Virat Kohli is a must have in any fantasy contest while the in-form openers D'Arcy Short and KL Rahul are also great options to have in the side. Short's leg-spin is also coming out well, which could also bring in valuable points.
Aaron Finch can be backed to overcome his bad form with a good performance on Wednesday while Rohit Sharma could also slot in for KL Rahul.
All-rounders: After a brilliant BBL 2018-19 season to their credit, Glenn Maxwell and Marcus Stoinis are must have players in the team.
Krunal Pandya has a knack of performing in do-or-die matches with man of the match performances in series leveling matches against Australia and New Zealand recently, making him a great option too.
Bowlers: Jasprit Bumrah's fearsome yorkers were on show in the previous match and nearly won India the match. He is too valuable to be left out while the likes of Cummins and Chahal are handy options to have in the side.
Chahal has dear memories playing at the Chinnaswamy with his career best performance coming at the same venue a few years back against England. One of Zampa and Coulter-Nile would suffice in completing the bowling department.
Captain: RCB captain Virat Kohli returns to the Chinnaswamy once again and will be hoping to come good in front all of his beloved supporters. He is arguably the best T20 batsman in the world and is the prime contender for captain alongside Krunal Pandya and Aaron Finch.
Fantasy Suggestion #1: MS Dhoni(WK), Virat Kohli, D'Arcy Short, Lokesh Rahul, Marcus Stoinis, Glenn Maxwell, Krunal Pandya, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah, Pat Cummins and Adam Zampa. Captain: Virat Kohli.
Fantasy Suggestion #2: MS Dhoni(WK), Virat Kohli, D'Arcy Short, Rohit Sharma, Aaron Finch, Glenn Maxwell, Krunal Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Adam Zampa and Yuzvendra Chahal. Captain: Krunal Pandya.
